Key Qualifications
- Education: MBA/PGDM/MHRD in HR/HRM.
- Experience: Extensive experience in construction site HR management is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- HR Management: Competent in handling all HR aspects at construction sites, including office management and welfare activities.
- Statutory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements relating to contract labor, Provident Fund (PF), Construction Workers’ Minimum Wages, and other relevant labor laws.
- Labor Coordination: Manage site attendance, timekeeping, daily labor accounting and reporting. Coordinate payroll processes with the corporate office.
- Welfare Activities: Oversee the execution of welfare activities and ensure a healthy work environment for all staff.
