- Experience: 15 years
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited university
- Experience in large-scale projects
- Knowledge in architectural design, production techniques, building materials, regulatory standards, and CAD tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
2. Senior Structural Engineer (DAR-EPMO-06)
- Experience: 15 years
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university
- Experience in large-scale projects
- Knowledge in Structural design, production techniques, building materials, regulatory standards, and CAD tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
3. Senior Mechanical Engineer (DAR-EPMO-07)
- Experience: 15 years
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- Experience in overseeing mechanical engineering aspects of large-scale projects
- Expertise in systems, calculations, methods, materials, regulatory standards, and CAD tools
- Strong leadership and communication skills
4. Senior Electrical Engineer (DAR-EPMO-08)
- Experience: 15 years
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited university
- Experience in leading electrical engineering aspects of large-scale projects
- Proficiency in systems, calculations, methods, materials, regulatory standards, and CAD tools
- Strong communication and leadership skills
5. BIM Specialist (DAR-EPMO-10)
- Experience: 15 years
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with experience in healthcare projects
- Skills in BIM Management, Clash Detection, REVIT, and Navisworks for healthcare building projects
6. Senior Estimating Engineer (DAR-EPMO-17)
- Experience: 15 years
- Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Extensive expertise in cost engineering functions, statistical knowledge, personnel management, and project management
- Advanced understanding of engineering, procurement, contracts, construction, and startup processes
