- Responsible for ensuring the security of the property and its occupants.
4. Fitout Manager
- Experience: 8-10 years
- Manages fitout projects within the property.
5. Lobby Manager
- Experience: 7-9 years
- Oversees the management of the property’s lobby area.
6. Shift Engineer
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Responsible for maintenance and operations during assigned shifts.
7. EHS Executive
- Experience: 3-5 years
- Manages environmental, health, and safety initiatives within the property.
