• Responsible for ensuring the security of the property and its occupants.

4. Fitout Manager

• Experience: 8-10 years
• Manages fitout projects within the property.

5. Lobby Manager

• Experience: 7-9 years
• Oversees the management of the property’s lobby area.

6. Shift Engineer

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Responsible for maintenance and operations during assigned shifts.

7. EHS Executive

• Experience: 3-5 years
• Manages environmental, health, and safety initiatives within the property.
