Responsibilities:
Successful candidates will be tasked with a range of responsibilities including but not limited to:
- Preparation of analytical and HR MIS reports.
- Managing the Manpower Requisition (MPR) process across various departments.
- Recruitment of niche profiles and finalization of job descriptions (JD).
- Conducting exit interviews.
- Overseeing HR operations, including manpower budgeting and compensation & benefits structuring.
Experience and Qualifications:
- Experience: 5 to 10 years in HR operations.
- Qualification: MBA/MSW in HR (full-time).
- Desired Skills: Proficiency in manpower budgeting, compensation & benefits structuring, talent acquisition, and HR operations.
