Positions Available:
1. Project Manager:
- Qualifications: BA in Engineering
- Experience: 15 years in large-scale infrastructure or city development projects, with extensive experience in water and wastewater works project management.
- Responsibilities: Overseeing major government and/or semi-government program implementations, managing contracts, and ensuring successful project implementation.
2. Senior Contracts Management Engineer:
- Qualifications: BA in Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 15 years in contracts management, including extensive experience in contract drafting, negotiation, and administration.
- Responsibilities: Overall responsibility for contract management on large-scale projects, ensuring compliance with Kingdom of Saudi Arabia procurement law.
3. Senior Strategic Planning Engineer:
- Qualifications: Masters degree in Engineering or Urban Planning
- Experience: Minimum 15 years, with urban planning experience.
- Responsibilities: Strategic planning for major projects, utilizing extensive experience in project management and urban planning.
4. Senior Scheduling Control Engineer:
- Qualifications: BA in Accounting or Engineering
- Experience: 15 years in related international developments, with extensive project scheduling control experience.
- Responsibilities: Managing project schedules, ensuring effective planning and scheduling.
5. Department Manager, Project Controls:
- Qualifications: BA in Engineering
- Experience: 20 years in planning and scheduling on large-scale projects, with knowledge of cost engineering and estimation.
- Responsibilities: Managing project controls department, overseeing planning, scheduling, and cost engineering.
6. Cluster Construction Manager:
- Qualifications: BA in Engineering
- Experience: 20 years in large scale infrastructure or city development projects, with experience in major government or semi-government construction sites.
- Responsibilities: Managing construction projects within the cluster, ensuring quality and timely completion.
7. Contracts Specialist:
- Qualifications: BA in Engineering or related field
- Experience: 10 years in pricing, contract law, and negotiations in multi-discipline construction projects.
- Responsibilities: Handling contract-related matters, including pricing, negotiation, and administration.
8. Stakeholders Interface Engineer:
- Qualifications: BA/Masters in Engineering
- Experience: 10 years in strategic planning or project management, preferably in major real-estate development projects.
- Responsibilities: Managing stakeholder interactions, ensuring alignment with project goals and objectives.
9. GIS Specialist:
- Qualifications: BA in Geography / Civil Engineering / Urban Planning or Urban Design
- Experience: 10 years in GIS mapping, with emphasis on infrastructure mapping.
- Responsibilities: Conducting GIS mapping at national, regional, and city levels, with extensive international experience.
10. Senior Budgeting Specialist:
- Qualifications: BA in Accounting or Engineering
- Experience: 15 years in project budgeting, with extensive experience in managing and prioritizing project budgets.
- Responsibilities: Managing project budgets on national/international major initiatives and developments, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
Skills Required:
- Experience in multiple stakeholders’ management
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in large infrastructure projects
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is preferable for some positions
