Job Responsibilities:
- Managing the entire lifecycle of contracts, from negotiation to closeout, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Identifying and mitigating risks associated with contracts, including financial, operational, legal, and reputational risks.
- Monitoring contract expenditures and ensuring adherence to budgetary constraints, seeking cost-saving opportunities.
- Resolving disputes and conflicts during contract execution, employing negotiation or mediation.
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
- Maintaining accurate records of contracts, correspondence, and related documents, and preparing reports for management review.
- Managing changes to contract scope, terms, and conditions through formal change control processes.
- Staying updated on industry trends, best practices, and legal developments related to contract management in the railway sector.
