Job Details

• Designation: Senior Manager/Manager – Tendering & Cost Estimation
• Experience Required: 10-15 years in Infrastructure & Construction.
• Qualification: B.Tech (Civil) / B.E. (Civil)
• Location: Mumbai (Head Office)

Job Profile:

• Proficient in both Pre and Post tendering and contract procedures.
• Skilled in preparing Cost Estimates, detailed rate analysis & cost control techniques.
• Monitoring Progress of Works with MSP and MS Office.
• Corresponding with consultants, clients & Government Authorities for works progress and other contract-related matters.
• Conducting detailed studies of drawings for quantity take-offs for various works such as Minor Culverts, Major Bridges, buildings, etc., and preparation of BBS with a practical understanding of construction methodologies, engineering proposals, and cost inputs.
• Experience in preparation and finalization of estimates, BOQs, Tender Documents for pre-tendering works.
• Strong organizational, communication, analytic, and time management skills.
• Effective communication with Clients/Consultants.

Candidate Profile:

• Knowledge and experience in MSP & AutoCAD is desirable.
