1. Engineers (Structural/Finishes/MEP) – PMC
- Experience: 6-8 years
- Requirements: Proficiency in Project Management Consultancy (PMC) with hands-on experience in Structural, Finishes, or MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) domains.
2. Managers/Sr.Engineers/Engineers/JE’s: Execution (Mivan Structures & Finishes)
- Experience: 5-12 years
- Requirements: Skill in executing Mivan Structures and Finishes, demonstrating expertise in managing projects from inception to completion.
3. Sr.Engineers/Engineers: QS (Quantity Surveying)
- Experience: 6-8 years
- Requirements: Experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) with a strong understanding of cost estimation and project budgeting.
4. Foremen: Shuttering & Steel
- Experience: 6-10 years
- Requirements: Proficiency in overseeing Shuttering and Steelworks, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols.
5. Supervisors: Technical/Non-Technical
- Experience: 6-10 years
- Requirements: Ability to supervise technical or non-technical aspects of construction projects, maintaining efficiency and productivity.
Note: All applicants must have extensive experience in Mivan high-rise construction projects.
