Job Description:
1. Project & Plant Maintenance:
- Responsible for right interface engineering and site execution support of projects.
- Collaborate with different departments within Grasim for efficient and on-time inputs.
- Participate in reviews of plot plans, equipment layouts, E&I layouts, HAZOP, 3D model reviews, and safety reviews.
- Coordinate with Lubrizol/engineering company and site construction team to ensure right construction and installation work on site.
2. Planning & Budgeting:
- Compare maintenance expenses monthly and take action to reduce variances.
- Suggest and implement measures in design modification for cost reduction.
- Carry out half-yearly analysis for the consumption of spares and make action plans for optimized consumption.
- Manage inventory at an optimized level to minimize working capital while ensuring plant requirements are met.
3. MIS Reports and Documentation:
- Timely preparation of MIS reports and all relevant documents.
4. System Management (Safety, Sustainability & ISO):
- Ensure adherence to statutory compliance related to Safety, Health, Environment & Sustainability.
- Collaborate with Lubrizol, Site construction team, and Operation team of Grasim for efficient plant commissioning following standards and best practices.
