Current Openings – UAE (High-Rise Towers & Villa Projects)
1. Project Manager (Ref. No. SP01 – 3 Nos)
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 18–25 years (minimum 15 years GCC)
- Must have completed at least 2 full project lifecycles
- Strong understanding of end-to-end construction processes and advanced construction methods
2. Construction Manager (Ref. No. SP02 – 5 Nos)
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 15–18 years (minimum 10 years GCC)
- Experience in villas/multi-storey/high-rise projects with premium finishes
3. Project Engineer (Ref. No. SP02 – 10 Nos)
- Qualification: Full-time B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8–12 years (minimum 8 years GCC)
- Knowledge of general construction methods, technology, and practices
4. Planning Sr./Engineer (Ref. No. SP03 – 10 Nos)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (NICMAR preferred)
- Experience: 10–12 years (minimum 5 years GCC)
- Must be proficient in Primavera P6
5. Design Coordinator – Structural / Architect (Ref. No. SP04 – 8 Nos)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Architecture/Structural Engineering
- Experience: 8–12 years (minimum 5 years GCC)
- Strong knowledge of design coordination across architecture and structural disciplines
6. Quantity Surveyor (Ref. No. SP05 – 5 Nos)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil / RICS Certified
- Experience: 7–10 years (minimum 5 years GCC)
- Expertise in subcontract billing, cost estimation, and BOQ preparation
7. Cost Control Engineer (Ref. No. SP06 – 5 Nos)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil / RICS Certified
- Experience: 7–10 years (minimum 5 years GCC)
- Strong knowledge of productivity monitoring and cost analysis
8. Commercial Manager (Ref. No. SP07 – 3 Nos)
- Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil / RICS Certified
- Experience: 15–18 years (minimum 10 years GCC)
- Knowledge of EOT, claims, variations, and subcontract billing processes
