Job Details:
- Open Position: Project Manager
- Location: North India
- Qualification: B.Tech/B.E (Civil) or PGDCM.
Experience:
- 20-25 years of project execution and construction management experience with reputed construction contracting companies.
- Experience in handling high-value projects and working with both private and government clients.
- Preferred: Candidates who have managed fast-track projects with a minimum value of INR 400-800 Crores in the role of Project Manager.
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in executing and delivering high-value construction projects.
- Strong leadership and management skills to lead teams effectively.
- Ability to manage client and stakeholder expectations, and handle execution teams, procurement management, subcontractor management, and issue resolution.
- Knowledge of industry standards related to safety, compliance, cost, quality, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the project management and execution teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Ensure adherence to project scope, timelines, budget, quality, safety, and compliance.
- Oversee procurement, subcontractor management, and resolve project-related issues.
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring clear communication and alignment with project goals.
- Monitor and manage performance, aligning with company processes and budgets.
Preference:
