1. Electrical Engineer
- Location: AIIMS, Patna, Bihar
- Required Manpower: 2
- Qualification: Diploma/B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction as an Electrical Engineer (mandatory)
- Knowledge: Electrical Maintenance, Power Systems, Panel Wiring, Control Panels, Power Distribution, Equipment Handling, Preventive Maintenance, HT Panels, LT Transformers, Lifts, DG Sets, VCB, Termination & Safety, Quality & Progress of Project Work, etc.
2. Mechanical Engineer
- Location: AIIMS, Patna, Bihar
- Required Manpower: 2
- Qualification: 10th+ITI/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction as a Mechanical Engineer (mandatory)
- Knowledge: Basic knowledge of mechanical equipment such as Excavator, Batching Plant, Transit Mixer, DG Set, Vibrator, Monkey Lift, etc.
3. Store Manager
- Location: Ranchi, Jharkhand
- Required Manpower: 2
- Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, Retail Management/Diploma in Store Management/Material Management
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in building construction (mandatory)
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of materials, equipment used in building construction, Site Management, Store Keeping, Inventory Management, Building Project Execution, Material Planning, etc.
