Open Positions:
1. PMO Head
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 20+ Years
- Job ID: IH0015 – PMO
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the entire PMO portfolio in alignment with the client’s strategic objectives.
- Mentor and manage the senior PMO team.
- Establish governance frameworks and performance standards.
- Manage executive-level reporting and communication.
- Drive portfolio-level risk management, issue escalation, and process excellence.
2. Planning & Program Management Manager
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil), Post Graduation preferred
- Experience: 10–12 Years
- Job ID: IH0015 – PPM
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and enforce standardized project management systems.
- Integrate and monitor master schedules across projects.
- Manage dependencies, critical paths, and performance metrics.
- Implement structured reporting, dashboards, risk management, and change control.
3. Quality Head
- Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech (Civil)
- Experience: 12+ Years
- Job ID: IH0015 – QA/QC
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and implement robust QA/QC policies and procedures.
- Develop project-specific Quality Plans and NCR tracking systems.
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with standards and codes.
- Monitor rework, first-pass yield, and sustainability benchmarks.
4. Safety Head
- Qualification: Advanced Diploma / Degree in Industrial HSE Management
- Experience: 12+ Years
- Job ID: IH0015 – HSE
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead HSE initiatives across all active sites.
- Formulate safety policies, site plans, and training programs.
- Oversee incident investigations and ensure CAPA implementation.
- Build a proactive safety culture ensuring environmental and occupational compliance.
Additional Advantage:
- Candidates with experience managing 7–8 residential projects will be given preference.
