- Responsibilities: Leading road projects, project planning, execution, budgeting, monitoring, contractual correspondence, client handling, and project completion.
2. APM/DPM – Road Execution:
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12+ years
- Responsibilities: Project execution, planning, and completion.
3. APM/DPM – Structures:
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 12+ years
- Responsibilities: Execution of structures related to road projects.
4. Quantity Surveyor:
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 8+ years
- Responsibilities: Client and subcontractor billing, quantity calculation, and project monitoring.
5. Engineers – Road Execution:
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years
- Responsibilities: Project execution, planning, and completion.
6. Engineers – Structures:
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5+ years
- Responsibilities: Execution of structures related to road projects.
7. Manager – Plant & Machinery:
- Qualification: Graduate in Mechanical Engineering
- Experience: 15+ years
- Responsibilities: Handling equipment related to road projects, including dumpers, pavers, excavators, hot mix plants, machinery breakdown, reconciliation, etc.
8. QA/QC Incharge:
- Qualification: Graduate in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 10+ years
- Responsibilities: Handling laboratory operations, material testing, quality assurance/quality control.
9. Lab Technician:
- Experience: Working in a laboratory at a road project in India/abroad
- Responsibilities: Testing materials like soil, bitumen, GSB, WMM, aggregate, and asphalt mix.
