Current Requirement: Ashoka Buildcon Limited is looking for qualified candidates for its project involving the supply and installation of drinking water supply units in 35 villages/100 boreholes in Côte d’Ivoire (Ivory Coast).
Open Positions:
1. Senior Manager
- Qualification: Bachelors in Civil Engineering (specialized – Hydraulic Engineer)
- Experience: 10 years in Drinking Water Supply Projects – Borehole drilling, Pipe laying, Electrification, and Civil Works
Job Description:
- Knowledge about drinking water supply projects/design/specifications
- Strong leadership skills
- Capability of understanding and producing designs initial outlines or full plans
- Liaising with clients, contractors, government agencies, local authorities, and suppliers
- Presenting project details and technical information
- Ensuring projects adhere to budgets and time scales
- Managing on-site data collection
- Managing EHS (Environment, Health, and Safety) related issues on-site
2. Site Engineer (Civil/ Water)
- Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelors in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 5 years in Drinking Water Supply Projects – Borehole drilling, Pipe laying, and Civil Works
Job Description:
- Knowledge of borehole drilling, water pipe laying, and civil works
- Execution experience on drinking water supply projects
- Get work done from sub-contractor/staff and meet project targets
- Preparing DPR/WPR and MPR based on daily work done
- Reconciliation of material, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to work well alone and in a team
3. Site Engineer (Electrical)
- Qualification: Diploma/ Bachelors in Electrical Engineering
- Experience: 5 years in Drinking Water Supply Projects – Electrification Works
Job Description:
- Execution experience on drinking water supply projects
- Demonstrate hands-on experience with electro-mechanical
- Get work done from sub-contractor/staff and meet project targets
- Preparing DPR/WPR and MPR based on daily work done
- Reconciliation of material, etc.
- Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to work well alone and in a team
