Job Description:
- Prepare business plans and financial models for project loans.
- Create financial models to evaluate new development or investment opportunities.
- Liaise with various financial institutions and intermediaries to secure project loans.
- Manage and supervise daily operations of the accounts and finance department.
- Prepare cash flow statements, budgets, and forecasts, and present them to management.
- Attend meetings with financial institutions and provide necessary data for loan procurement.
- Assist in physical site visits with financial institutions and conduct due diligence on loans.
- Coordinate intercompany transactions and reconcile intercompany accounts.
- Compile monthly Management Information System (MIS) reports and submit them to financial institutions and management.
- Prepare construction budgets, project schedules, and project proforma.
- Manage day-to-day funds and arrange working capital requirements.
- Implement and maintain appropriate systems and internal controls.
- Ensure legal contracts are in place with customers, vendors, and outsourced partners, liaising with legal team as needed.
- Finalize financial statements and oversee the annual audit process.
