1. BBS Engineer (4-5 Yrs):
- Responsibilities: Prepare Bar Bending Schedules, Reconciliation of Quantity.
2. Assistant Engineer (MEP) (4 Yrs):
- Responsibilities: Prepare study material, Prepare RH’s for Clarification.
3. Plumbing & Fire Engineer (5-7 Yrs):
- Responsibilities: Internal and External Landscape works, plumbing mainlines, drawings, routing design, estimations. Fire and plumbing work in Mivan and conventional.
4. Senior Engineer (Finishes) (6-8 Yrs):
- Responsibilities: Supervise, maintain, and deliver finishing work such as flooring, carpets, painting.
5. Sr Surveyor (10-12 Yrs):
- Responsibilities: Calculation of coordinates, Horizontal Curves, and levels. Making 3D drawings, cross verifying slab leveling during pouring of concrete.
6. AGM/DGM – Execution (Tech) (16-25 Yrs):
- Responsibilities: Handle project execution from start to handing over. Manage a semi-large team of technical and non-tech staff to delivery.
7. Shuttering Foreman/Supervisor (6-8 Yrs):
- Responsibilities: Inspection of Shuttering alignment and levels. Ensure quantity and safety at all levels. Study and implementation of shuttering scheme.
