1. Manufacturing Engineers/Assistant Manager:
- Experience: 5-10 years of relevant experience in designing and developing multiple fixtures/jigs for assembly.
- Requirements: Demonstrated experience in assembly process development from scratch.
- Education: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Mechanical Engineering/Automobile Engineering.
2. MEP Manager:
- Experience: 10-15 years of relevant experience.
- Responsibilities: Optimize MEP module design for Offsite Manufacturing using DFMA principles. Expertise in MEP design, converting onsite activity to a prefabricated/modular product suitable for integration.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.
3. Procurement Engineer:
- Experience: 7-8 years of relevant experience.
- Responsibilities: Source suppliers, negotiate contracts and costs. Strong understanding of construction materials, processes, and safety regulations.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or a relevant field.
