Open Positions for Business Excellence
1. Business Excellence – Manager (Job Code: BE001)
- Experience: 12 to 14 years in Total Quality Management (TQM), Problem Solving, Operational Excellence, Process Optimization, Quality Management, and Digitalization.
2. Skill Development & Training – Asst Manager (Job Code: BE002)
- Experience: 8+ years in the civil or manufacturing sectors, developing training modules, identifying training needs, performance monitoring, training and skill development of technicians, and driving a continuous improvement and innovation culture among technicians.
3. Business Excellence Engineer (Job Code: BE003)
- Experience: 4 to 6 years in Process Excellence, Problem Solving, Process Auditing, Process Documentation, and Process Flow. Knowledge in TQM is preferable.
4. Continuous Improvement – Engineer (Job Code: BE004)
- Experience: 5+ years in Lean methodologies, Process Optimization, Time Study, Problem Solving, and Kaizen. Knowledge in TQM is preferable.
Qualifications for All Positions:
- Education: B.Tech/B.E in Civil/Mechanical Engineering
- Preferred: GCC experience is preferable but not mandatory.
