- Desirable: To implement and ensure all agreements are reviewed and handled as per project contract management process
2. Manager – Tender & Bidding
- Experience: 10–15 years
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil / Diploma Civil
- Location: HO (Raipur)
- Nature of Project: National Highway
- Desirable: Should have knowledge on tendering,estimation,costing of projects
3. AGM / Sr. Manager – Planning & Monitoring
- Experience: 15–18 years
- Qualification: B.Tech Civil / Diploma Civil

- Nature of Project: National Highway
- Desirable: Developing, monitoring, and executing project plans for highway construction and maintenance, including managing scope, budget, resources, and risk, ensuring compliance with standards, and coordinating teams and stakeholders
