Qualifications:
- B-Tech/M-Tech in Civil Engineering
Relevant Experience:
- 18-25 years of experience in the similar industry
- Minimum 4-5 years of work experience in the same position
Location:
- Head Office at Mohali (Punjab)
Key Result Areas / Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate should have similar experience in executing EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) Projects in hilly regions. Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating all aspects of a construction project from pre-construction to project completion.
- Project planning and organizing resources effectively.
- Controlling scope, cost, quality, and time of construction projects throughout their lifecycle.
- Improving efficiency and increasing profitability while managing overall operations.
- Demonstrating strong communication, coordination, and time management skills.
- Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations.
- Ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
