McDermott is looking for experienced professionals in various engineering and design roles. These positions are open for individuals with significant expertise in oil & gas and EPC projects.
Available Positions:
1. Instrumentation & Telecom Designers (5-25 years of experience):
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in 3D modeling of equipment, cable trays, and support structures in software like S3D, E3D, or PDMS.
- Ability to extract drawings from the 3D model.
- Expertise in preparing Instrumentation and Telecom deliverables using tools like AutoCAD, MicroStation, SPI, and AVEVA Instrumentation.
2. Electrical Engineers (5-20 years of experience):
Skills Required:
- Hands-on experience in oil & gas EPC projects.
- Proficiency in preparing specifications, datasheets, and calculations.
- Involvement in the procurement process from RFQ preparation to vendor document review and FAT.
- Preferable experience with software like Dialux, AVEVA Electrical, and SPEL.
3. Electrical Designers (5-20 years of experience):
Skills Required:
- Experience in 3D modeling of equipment, cable trays, and support structures in tools like E3D and SP3D.
- Expertise in extracting 2D drawings using AutoCAD or MicroStation.
- Preferred experience with the Roxtec MCT sizing tool.
4. Transportation & Installation Support Engineers (Offshore Structures):
Experience Levels:
- 3-18 years in Offshore Structural Engineering with SACS/MTech.
- 5-18 years in Transportation and Installation Engineering for offshore projects.
- 5-10 years in Onshore Steel Structural Design Engineering with a regular MTech degree.
5. Structural Engineers (5-15 years of experience):
Skills Required:
- Strong command over steel structural engineering.
- Experience in the design and validation of pipe supports and multidiscipline supports.
- Proficiency in software like SACS is preferred.
