Job Location: Chennai
Positions Available:
1. PIPING:
- Layout Engineers and Designers: Minimum 10 years of EPC Experience from Oil & Gas, Refineries, or Petrochemical Background. Minimum 3 years of experience in SP3D or E3D for Designers.
- Material Engineers: 05 to 20 years of experience in PMS, Calculations, Pipe fittings, Valve flanges, Gaskets/Bolt Spec, TBE, VDR.
- Stress Engineers: 05 to 12 years of experience in Static Analysis, FPSO, FLNG, Refinery, FCC, Modular, Compressor Analysis & Airfin cooler.
2. ELECTRICAL:
- Engineers: 5 to 12 years of experience in preparation of Calculations, Specs, Datasheets, MR, TBE, SLD preparation, VDR, Electrical Layouts knowledge and add in software knowledge of ETAP/SPEL.
- Designer: 5 to 12 years of experience in preparation of Electrical Layouts, SLD, MTO, AutoCAD, MicroStation, E3D/SP3D tool operating knowledge.
3. PROCESS:
- Process Engineer: 10 to 15 years of experience in preparing and reviewing process engineering documents such as PFD, P&ID, data sheets, etc. Only EPC experience in both Basic and Detailed Engineering of onshore Oil & Gas, LNG, refinery, and petrochemical plants, etc.
4. MECHANICAL:
- Packaged/Rotating Equipment Engineer: 5 to 15 years of EPC experience in Onshore/Offshore segments in Oil&Gas, Refinery and Petrochemical. Understanding of design code & standard, manufacturing, inspection, installation, commissioning, and operation. Detailed engineering including PFD, P&ID, HAZOP, 3D model review.
5. INFORMATION MANAGEMENT:
- IM Engineer: 5 to 8 years of experience of information handover to process plant owner company, as a part of EPC project execution for more than 2 EPC projects. Knowledge on CHIFOS standards and understanding client RDL is mandatory.
6. ICSS:
- ICSS Engineer: 5 to 10 years of experience in DCS, ESD, F&G Systems, SRS & SIL, Cyber Security System for EPC.
