| Billing Engineer | BE/Diploma Holder | 7-15 years | Experience in Billing/Contracts/QS in Real Estate Industry |
| Planning Engineer | – | 5 years | Well-versed in MS Project, Primavera, relevant experience in Residential/Commercial High Rise Buildings |
| Sr./Jr. Purchase Manager | Graduate | 5-15 years | Experience in the Real Estate Industry |
| Sr./Jr. Store Keeper | Graduate | 5-15 years | Experience in the Real Estate Industry |
| Customer Relationship Manager | Graduate/MBA | Minimum 8-10 years | Relevant experience, fluent in English |
| Sr./Jr. Accountant | Graduation/Post Graduation | Minimum 5-10 years | Relevant experience in the Real Estate Industry with Tally-9, ERP, GST, ITR submission, coordination with CA |
| HR Manager | Diploma/Degree in HR | 8-15 years | Relevant experience in the Real Estate Industry |
| Liaisoning Officer | – | Minimum 8 years | Male candidate for Liaisoning work with good knowledge of SRA, MHADA, BMC, etc. Fluent in English and Marathi |
