Job Details
- Job Location: PAN India
- Qualification: DCE / B.Tech / B.E. (Civil) / NICMAR (Full Time)
- Experience Required: 6–12 years (EPC / Infrastructure / Construction industry)
- Positions: Engineer / Manager
Open Positions & Responsibilities
1. Planning Manager
- Optimize major equipment usage during tender/execution stage
- Coordinate with site teams and monitor project progress
- Prepare baseline schedules, progress measurement systems, manpower/quantity histograms
- Perform delay analysis (Time Impact/Window Analysis) for EOT claims
- Prepare MIS reports for internal purposes
- Update project schedules using Primavera P6 / MSP and identify critical path activities
2. Execution Engineer / Manager (Expertise in Tunnel / Bridge / Flyover / Marine / Airport / Highrise Buildings)
- Oversee on-site implementation and execution of civil and infrastructure projects
- Manage daily construction activities, contractors, and subcontractors
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and timelines
- Supervise civil, structural, and infrastructure works, coordinating between trades (civil, mechanical, electrical)
- Implement construction methodologies and techniques per project requirements
- Liaise with project managers, consultants, architects, and subcontractors to ensure smooth workflow

- Minimum 60% across all academics
