Role Summary:
As an Assistant Manager – Projects, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating on-site activities. You will ensure that the project design and construction activities align with our high standards and brand values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Execution: Monitor project progress and budget.
- Support & Reporting: Assist the project manager with monthly progress and budget reports.
- Issue Resolution: Identify and address issues related to project progress, cost, and quality.
- Coordination: Work closely with project management consultants, contractors, and quality control engineers.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct regular visual inspections and manage quality control processes.
- Payment Processing: Ensure timely payments to contractors.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Experience: 7 to 9 years (minimum 7).
- Education: B.E. in Civil Engineering. (Diploma holders with 3 additional years of experience are also welcome.)
Skills:
- Rate analysis
- Preparation/checking of BBS
- Quality assurance during execution
