GRIL is seeking a qualified and experienced Senior Engineer for the position of Project Coordinator – O&M for our Highway Projects. The role is based at our Corporate Office in Gurugram. The selected candidate will be responsible for coordinating with the O&M Team at various Highway Projects, acting as a key point of contact for collating daily project progress reports, and assisting in issue escalation to the Manager.

Job Details:
- Position: Senior Engineer – Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
- Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
- Experience Required: 4-6 Years
- Qualifications Required: B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work Order & Purchase Order Management:
- Prepare Work Orders (WOs), Purchase Orders (POs), and service entry sheets for subcontractors and vendors.
2. Subcontract Bill Review:
- Review and verify the accuracy of subcontractor bills and forward them to the Accounts team for processing.
3. Payment Coordination:
- Ensure timely payments to subcontractors by coordinating with the relevant departments.
4. CoS and Insurance Claims:
- Assist the Manager in the preparation of Change of Scope (CoS) documentation and handling insurance claims during the O&M period.
5. Daily Progress Report (DPR) Review:
- Analyze the DPRs provided by the site O&M team and provide data insights to the Manager, highlighting any critical issues.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience working in a Corporate/Head Office environment, with exposure to handling multiple Highway Projects.
- Specific experience in the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) department or Billing & Quantity Surveying (QS) department is preferred.
