Job Details:
Role: General Manager / Deputy General Manager – Operations
- Location: Corporate Office, Gurugram
- Qualifications: BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
- Experience: 20–25 years of experience
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring timely, cost-effective, and quality-compliant delivery.
- Monitor profitability, resource optimization, and cash flow management.
- Manage contractual correspondence, claims, and approvals while maintaining client relations.
- Provide insights on feasibility, costing, and execution to improve bid competitiveness.
- Oversee design reviews, approvals, and drive value engineering for cost-effective solutions.
- Identify execution risks and implement mitigation strategies aligned with safety, quality, and ESG standards.
- Update leadership on milestones, budgets, and resources; proactively address deviations.
- Lead and develop project teams, ensuring performance through KPI monitoring, feedback, and recognition.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Successfully completed at least two commercial/industrial building projects from start to finish.
- Experience in coordinating 3+ commercial/industrial projects.
- Exposure to construction in hilly terrain.
- Willingness to travel 15–20 days per month.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Energetic, proactive, adaptable, and result-driven.
