Position: Sr. Manager/AGM – Planning
Qualifications and Experience:
- B. Tech/B.E Civil
- 10-15 years of experience
- Experience in Planning domain for Building Projects
- Familiarity with Primavera/MSP for project scheduling, tracking, delay analysis, WBS, etc.
Locations:
- Redevelopment of Railway Station – Ahmedabad
- Prayagraj Junction Railway Station (Prayagraj, U.P.)
Key Responsibilities:
- In-depth knowledge of project scheduling, tracking, delay analysis, WBS, etc.
- Facilitate timely project completion through effective planning and monitoring.
- Ensure timely procurement of major bought-out items.
- Prepare Monthly Material Requirement Schedule.
- Generate MIS reports, DPR, WPR, and material reconciliation.
- Effective Contract Management.
- Prepare Budget, Cash Flow, and Material/Manpower Projections.
- Coordinate with stakeholders to address interface issues.
- Develop Project Execution Plan (PEP) and Logistic Plan.
- Review proposed construction program and execution plan.
- Raise RFI (Request for Information) within the stipulated time.
- Handle extension of time and revised work program.
- Revise project budget and track work methodology and contracts.
