Job Details:
- Positions: Sr. Manager/Manager – PMC.
- Qualifications: B.E/B. Tech Civil engineering.
- Location: Hyderabad
Roles:
Managing resources of the project and assigning them effectively over the projects.
- Develop and identify methods and plan for best practices and standards.
- Keep a check if the project is executed according to the specifications and standards or not.
- Mentoring, training, and briefing the contractor.
- Carrying out project audits.
- Developing and managing project policies, procedures, templates, and other process.
- Managing the constraints and risks.
- Coordinating communications across the projects. Documentation and team management.
Responsibilities
- Quality control
- Timely completion of activities and work planned. Planning activities according to the client demand Project execution as per the required sequence.
- Managing design and drawing issues.
- Manage resources.
Mandatory Skill Set :
- Candidates should have experience in high rise residential buildings. MIVAN/ Aluminum form work experience is a must. PMC experience is an added advantage.

- At least one full project cycle completion (start to end) as a Project manager role.
