Key Responsibilities
Contracts Engineer – Contracts Profile
- Review and analysis of contract documents
- Drafting of Contract Appreciation Document (CAD)
- Maintaining contractual correspondence
- Raising Extension of Time (EOT) claims
- Submission of claims with proper delay analysis
QS Billing Engineer – Billing Profile
- Client billing and subcontract billing activities
- Preparation of RA Bills
- Reconciliation with certified RA bills
- Identification of withheld quantities
- Identification of deductions made by the client
