Position Details
- Job Title: RMC Plant Incharge
- Business Division: Commercial RMC Business
- Project Location: Guyana, South America
- Experience Required: 15+ years
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
- MBA preferred (not mandatory)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage RMC plant operations, including production, batching, quality control, dispatch, and maintenance.
- Ensure compliance with safety, statutory, and environmental regulations.
- Monitor inventory and streamline raw material procurement.
- Maintain high production quality with regular testing and continuous process improvements.
- Optimize operational efficiency and implement cost-control measures.
- Oversee manpower planning, training, and performance management.
- Build strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present operational performance reports (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Troubleshoot technical issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support business expansion through efficient multi-location operations.
Candidate Profile
- Proven track record in RMC operations, crusher plants, and civil infrastructure.
- Strong technical, operational, and commercial understanding.
- Leadership experience managing multi-location teams and operations.
- Knowledge of business development, finance, marketing, supply chain, and quality assurance.
